David Thomas & Associates Inc. has been designing on an international platform for over 40 years.  We have a team of university graduate professionals as well as associates specializing in Auto CAD; structural, civil HVAC engineers; and specialists consulting in kitchen, audio/visual, wine cellar and landscape design.

We design for the residential and hospitality clients.  Past projects have included private residential projects from 880 to 38,000 square feet, hospitality projects such as hotels, golf & club houses, sales centers, condominiums and model suites.  These projects have been built over 20 States, 9 provinces, various Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Bermuda, France, Denmark, England, China, Japan & Australia.

Mr. Thomas has personally been featured on 2 PBS programs out of Boston for Home Renovation and Historical Restoration.  His design work has been published in architectural Digest, Interior Design, Metropolitan Home, House & Garden, Canadian Architect, Toronto Life, City & Country Home, Canadian House & Home, and various news publications in Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the USA.  We have participated in various "Professional Show Houses" in Canada and the USA and the Bermuda House & Garden Tour.

We have worked on many projects ranging in scope and form, adapting each to the needs of the client as well as the environment we design.  Working internationally and importing from many countries has resulted in an extensive resource base for antiques, reclaimed architectural artifacts, furniture fabric, and accessories.  While our projects look and feel great, our designs are backed up with great function & space planning as well as the technical aspects of any project.  This creates a living space that will not only be comfortable, but will elevate the spirit every day.
